All goods are supplied on the understanding that if the customer is not satisfied with the product then goods may be returned or exchanged with  a full refund. 

Goods are sold subject to availabity at the time of order and if the goods are not available then you will receive a full refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a back order service and therefore we are not able to take reservations for products.
